Tramp Ungroomed Schnauzer

We Will Become Silhouettes

class last Friday from 6.30 pm was packed. We were more than 40, which squid in its ink can, all sweating like chickens with mats stuck, trying not to slap anyone or, worse, fall on anyone. Nicole teaches that class, and is known as one of the most intense of the week. A squid as she let us (although increasingly we do more things) and experts such as those made from pine boards or people who holds onto body parts that appear to have been created to support our weight. You'd be amazed. Until the teacher and the many options offered by each time we a position, adds the release of " can also do nothing but watch the show around you." And yes it is true that, often, like to sit still and see how it is possible that the partners do what they do.

One of the most repeated words in our yoga classes is "inspiration." Teachers, who know a lot but not all, maintain that the students have come farther than pushes them to want to do better, inspires them. Instead of stoking the competition, yoga encourages self-acceptance, its possibilities and its limits.

Besides all that, to me personally makes me happy. The effort that catch you all in that kind of hour and a half was full of joy. Nicole had explained at the beginning how he developed the idea of \u200b\u200bopening this school, and how the lady and her husband had combined the desire, the support of friends and family and the determination to open the study. Nicole said that those are the keys to every success, wanting something, have someone hold you and encourages you to do and then having the courage to go for it. If not enough energy loaded us with such a speech, the six that followed Ooooooms fulfilled its role.
Om
The issue of me and I was afraid to laugh at first. In fact, talking to my teacher's brother, he confessed that also ashamed to do so. In the second or third day I began to dare (" In Rome, do as the Romans ") and, now, the kind of afternoon I loaded the batteries - those of 6 in the morning not so much because our WHO give a little embarrassed at that hour, but it is a laudable attempt to stay awake with eyes closed, that's something. Six in a class of more than 40 people, is amazing. It is very noisy, very spiritual. How can I not to exercise after that? I think we put on and to run a San Silvestre With such energy.

However we started to do squats, and sheets and stretching, and much much funnier names than those. A servant was able to do that in the photo, to the astonishment of the world, the first mine. Apparently my back stretch is a beauty. Also slipped another delicacy, we were all sticky to death. That did not stop my teacher in a circle we put an to the position of the tree, all subject to one another. The energy you gave that was spectacular.

And the last straw was the Savasana, the final position of relaxation, usually a done in silence, breathing or meditating (I tend to dwell on the head but, hey, other than sleep and snore, so I'm not so bad). In this class we did with the Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley background. Not content with Eminem, Michael Jackson and The Beatles, which had sounded over the last hour, Nicole was a momentazo the end.

So now you see me. Even with the rush on Friday, I'm writing a huge tirade about my yoga class and how happy I did. Because it inspires me daily.

certainly can not be more Californian.
